Hi! I’m Rosey, aka @shelovescake. For the past twenty or so years, food has been my joyous yet time-squeezed passion alongside being a full-time working mum of two girls. From September 2025, I’m taking a sabbatical from my job at the Bank of England and undertaking a Culinary Diploma at Leith’s School of Food and Wine. On this blog, I intend to chart my journey through the Diploma, share recipes and cooking tips, and honour my parents by posting memories of my foodie upbringing.
